Our final shipping cut-off Dec for the year is 19 December 2025.
Orders placed after this date will be prepared and dispatched once our
warehouse reopens on 5 January 2026.

As we return from our holiday break, please allow for dispatch
delays of up to 10 business days while our team works through orders as
quickly as possible. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding and
thank you for shopping with us during this festive season.

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all Australian orders over $50 or $10 flat rate for orders under $50.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 7-10 business days, however delays may be experienced during peak promotional times. Please allow up to 10 business days for high peak periods. We are unable to hold orders for delayed dispatch, nor arrange for orders to be delivered on a particular day by any delivery or courier service, both domestically and internationally.

Should a parcel be returned to us due to any of the following reasons, we are happy to arrange a redelivery with a charge in AUD. Your order may be returned if:

• an incorrect, incomplete or insufficient address provided by the recipient
• a parcel is not collected from the post office within the allocated time frame
• the parcel is rejected.

Should you wish to cancel your order and seek a refund request, we will arrange a full refund minus the initial shipping fee. Should there be no initial shipping fee we will refund your order total minus the cost to cover your parcel being returned to us.

Tracking details are forwarded to the email address provided at time of ordering (be sure to check your junk/spam folder). It is the responsibility of the recipient to monitor the tracking of the parcel. Canada Shipping Update

Due to a workers’ strike that began on September 25, 2025, we are temporarily pausing all shipments to Canada until further notice.

North America Shipping - $39 AUD Flat Rate (Please allow 6 – 10 working days for delivery)

Unable to Ship to UK & European :

Due to regulation updates, we are unable to ship to Europe/UK at this time.

Unable to Ship to Russia:

AusPost Economy, Standard and Express letter and parcel services to Russia are temporarily suspended due to recent customs changes in Moscow and limited air capacity.

International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties applied by the destination country and it is important to note that there are some restrictions and limitations imposed by certain Customs Authorities. It is advised to contact your local customs office for any information on what these charges, limitations and restrictions may be. Any additional charges (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the delivery recipient.

Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value and status of each parcel. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a gift for export purposes.

If you decline to pay the applicable taxes and duties and your order is returned for this reason, or due to the total order exceeding limitations and restrictions, initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

A signature is required for international deliveries and it is the sole responsibility of the receiver to provide an address where someone will be available to receive and sign for the parcel. Please note that international couriers will NOT leave a parcel unattended.

Should a parcel be returned to us due to any of the following reasons, and a re-delivery requested by the recipient, a fee of $40 AUD will apply:

• Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts,
• An incorrect or incomplete address is provided,
• Failure by the recipient to contact the delivery service in their receiving country to arrange a re-delivery,
• If a parcel remains unclaimed by the recipient or,
• Failure to pay duties/taxes applicable to the receiving country.

Should a refund be requested due to any of the above reasons for the return, the initial shipping charge will not be refunded.
