Recently, the U.S. Government introduced new tariffs on imported goods and suspended the de minimis threshold. This previously allowed
shipments under $800 to enter the U.S. without duties or taxes.

These changes have significantly increased the cost of bringing our products to you. Despite our best efforts to absorb these rising costs, it has become unavoidable for us to adjust our prices.

There will be an adjustment on our prices. This decision was not made lightly. We know how important value is to you, and we remain committed to offering products that meet the highest standards of quality and care.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order or have made an incorrect purchase, that’s okay – you have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to return your product, subject to the below.

Only items purchased on the Biology Smart Skincare website can be returned to biologyskin.com for refund or exchange. If you haven’t used the product, we’ll exchange it, or refund you in full using the same method of payment as your initial purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.
